yeah but Verizon has the worst customer service ever.

I don't think the Verizon customer service is that bad. It has better coverage than most other services.

Was a customer of Verizon for over 9 years. Had to finally switch to Nextel over them. My nextel works better then any of the service I had with Verizon/ameritech

I think it depends on where you live. If you live in the boonies.... it could be as bad as a lot of services.

I agree, but they are the only ones that have service out on the lake and through the Smokey Mountains.

However, I WILL agree that their customer service has a lot to be desired and at times lacking (you will also get agreement that the customer service area is not that great by the people I know within Verizon Wireless).

Buddy of mine has one, he's not real happy with it. The buttons are flaky, the interface is hard to work with, and don't even ask about the camera...
