I have had both kinds of M-ville Tequila here in Connecticut, and it is excellent (comes in Gold and White...) you should definitely be able to find it out your way...

Hell, if we have it here in Northern Michigan, you've gotta be able to get it in LA. I've had the gold. It's pretty good.

Dallas: you may have something there, the way I've been typing lately! ;) I'm telling you, the picture is there - page 4 of the color pages of the 'Tour Issue' of the Telegraph. It's pictured in the lower left corner, #D. If this rum exists, I would like to try it! ParrotHeadJim: can you help any here??

...ran into a chum with a bottle of rum, & we wound up drinking all night...

Pgh/Louise: umm, I think we got deleted up there, but I saw your ?. Not sure if you saw my answer. Yes, I meant Captain Morgan (here I made a very cute Captain Kirk reference). Next, I suggest that you also experiment with Captain Morgan & orange shasta. See if you & Thelma like it! ;)
^^'s up!

Well, I see the pic but haven't ever seen the rum. Used to drink a lot of that rum stuff with coke and a lime. Just can't do it anymore, drives me crazy. However OHIO-if you like rum, buy some St. James Rhum. I believe it comes from St. Maartins down carribean way. Smooooooth bay-bee!! It is expensive. Its a dark rum and like I said-very good. Ran into a chum with a bottle...Fins Up!!

I work as a bartender in an Applebee's in Richmond, VA and I am disappointed that not enough people are buying our Margaritville Margaritas. They are great. All u need is a shot of Jimmy's little poison, half shot of triple sec...(preferably bols), half shot of lime juice, then you can add Blue Curacao or Midori for taste and color. About 3-4 ozs of sweet and sour gives it that great flavor. Then just SQUEEZES, not just drop in, a lime and you are all set...enjoy pirates. (*This is not the store's actual recipe...just one I put together with its help.

If you want a super easy frozen margarita for a party, buy the "On the Border" Margarita bucket at "Sams", pour in a bottle of Margaritaville Tequila, put in freezer and lo and behold, Margaritas anytime you want one. Just go to the freezer, scoop into a glass and wow!
