anyone use them?

I am looking at them as a broker and just want to be sure they are the service i want to get

I don't know a whole bunch of info but my mom uses them and seems happy with the service... hopefully others will be able to help more

A friend at work uses Scottrade and likes them.

I think they are good if you don't need too much help with investing. If you would like help at any point, then there would be better companies.
