License plates

I need your input on what to apply for on my Illinois plate. The state will not allow numbers in the middle and I am too cheap for full blown vanity plates. So here are some possibilities. You tell me which one you think would be best for this long time IL parrothead. PARTHD#,PRRTHD#,FINSUP#,FINZUP# I am only allowed seven characters. I am leaning to one of the parrothead ones and the only one that I know for sure is available is the first one.Thanks for your help

Let me simply ask-Which is more recognizable as parrothead,PARTHD or PRRTHD? Or does it matter?

I'm not sure either are very recognizable which is why i prefer FINSUP

PARTHD makes me think Par T Head, which may or may not apply!

When I was considering mine, one of mine included PRTHD #

I went with Tiki instead!

Living in IL all I have to say is good luck! With all the plates Ive seen at Alpine and Tweeter you better come up with something original, trust me, the ones you listed are taken unless you dont care about the number. I like the J B PHAN#, havent seen that one.You might want to pay the extra bucks for a better plate. I did, mine is my screen name. Never regreted paying more.

in Florida every form of Buffett was taken of course, Jimmy also. So I have JIM MEE as my back plate and a front "plate" BUFFETT (bought from Margaritaville). Also a FINS UP magnet on back. I get smiles and waves almost daily.

I don't see why anyone would get vanity plates anyway?!

I have PR8THED on one (with M'ville Parrot Head frames) and TTEFFUB on the other (Margaritaville frames).

It is very tough coming up with something which is available in California!

there are a number of BNers who have Personal Plates..

Mine is OFF2CJB in Idaho

Another BNer (In Cali) has OF2CJB..

and if you want Fins try another spelling..

I just applied for an Illinois License plate that reads "jbphan1", "jbphan2", or "cilcia". Don't know if I'll get any of them, but hopefully....

I have a frined (in Illinois, too) who just has "FINS" with a number following that.

I do have a yellow sign in my window that says "Parrothead on board"!

I have an IL plate too that has "JB XXXX 1" on it not real hard in IL to get JB plates

(reason why its XXXXed out I dont want any stalkers LOL)

Mine is PAR8 HED and people ask me about golf. That's why I got a margaritaville parrothead licence plate frame too.

I'd go with one of the Fins variations if you can get them.
