It depends- I don't think I would like them on pizza, but if they're basically ground up and melted into a sauce, I love them.

I like fish, I like sardines and the only way I have tried anchovies is on pizza and it was too salty.

A non-greasy/non-boney alternative is anchovie paste (DO NOT confuse it with toothpaste).
I'll take anchovies on almost anything!
