What is your favorite Buffett song?
It's a close battle between Havana Daydreamin' and Tin Cup Chalice
Do you have a favorite Buffett album?
It was the first one I ever bought...White Sportcoat.
When did you attend your 1st Buffett concert?
Not until 1999 was I able to get anybody to come to a concert...I'm always the organizer for the concerts...since then, I've been to 2-3 concerts a year, depending on how many shows in the Chicago area there is.
How long have you been a ParrotHead? I started listening to Buffett when I was 15....as a perverted young man, Let's Get Drunk appealed to my growing testosterone levels and I fell in love with everything after that!
What is the most you would spend on a Buffett concert ticket?
Depends on how much is saved up...I would pay up to about $800 for good seats or a small private show. if I did spend that much, I would definitely have to lie to the wife about how much I spent! That's no so bad, is it? I spent over $200 a tickets for average floor seats at both shows at Wrigely last summer. Since I always coordinate the outings, I bought extra tickets and very few of my friends wanted to pay that much, so I ended up taking a big hit on them on eBay. I even bought a lone Indy ticket so I could tailgate in '05, but ended up not being able to take off work in the middle of the week.

How many Buffett concerts have you seen?
I'm right around 21 shows.
What is your favorite Buffett keepsake?
I wear a hat that a friend had signed when he went back stage that was signed by Mac. I've worn it to every show.
What Buffett shows did you go to last year (2005)?
Went to both shows at Wrigley
What Buffett shows do you plan to attend in 2006?
All of them in TinleyAlpine, and if he shows up in MN, I'll be there too!
Who is your favorite Coral Reefer?
My sister is friends with Nadirah, but I've spent some time talking with Ralph McDonald before the Wrigley shows and thought he was a pretty cool guy. Mac was friendly as heck when I met him at '04's Saturday Tinley show.
I envy you 'more experienced' fans that have seen the orignal Reefers and Jimmy as a younger performer...I was born in '78 so I didn't get a chance to first see Jimmy until he turned gray!

Are you a driver or a passenger?
A driver...I hate being a passenger because I'm the only one on the road that know how to drive, though that's not what my passengers say.
Do you drink a regular caffeinated morning pick-me-up? If yes, what? I'm a coffee junky, but I'm tapering back. I'm not a morning person usually. If I go to Starbucks or Caribou, I've only ordered espresso or coffee...none of the fancy stuff!
What are your hobbies? Mountain biking, downhill skiing, sailing. All I've got is a little sunfish that my dad taught me how to sail when I was younger...my goal is to own a 30 foot sailboat when I turn 30.
How would someone who knows you well describe you?
I'd be afraid to ask anyone that knows me what they really think of me! I'm the one who always breaks something serious down into a joke and I try to stay positive about things....part of my job is to motivate people to change their lifestyles in order to attain their personal goals, so I'm a people person.
What languages do you speak? English and Spanish...I lived in Mexico City for a summer and have been there a few times. I'm the gringo brother of a Mexican family that I consider my own and I've stayed with their family in Mexico.
Do you read the newspaper regularly?
Not the newspaper, but I keep up to date on everything through the internet.
Do you subscribe to any magazines? If yes, which ones?
Powder, a skiers magazine. Other than that, I only pick up magazines if I'm traveling or if Jimmy is in there.

Even though it could turn your brain into oatmeal, what "junk" TV show have you seen recently that you enjoyed?
I have a deep hatred for reality shows, but my wife loves them, so I have to sit through the occasional show...I enjoy Simpsons, Family Guy, Seinfeld...you get the picture. The Discovery channel is a favorite and I still watch the old Twilight Zones.
The 24-hour day has been extended to 28 -- four more hours! What will you do with the extra time? I'd want to be outside doing something active or staying in and sleeping.
What is your favorite water activity?
Sailing.
What is your favorite beach? My list of beaches that I haven't visited yet is long, but my favorite one I've been to is Sanibel Island, FL
What is your favorite stretch of road? I always loved driving from downtown San Diego north to La Jolla.
Lake Shore Drive in Chicago is also one of the bet drives in the country!
What is your favorite scenic overlook? I've been going to the mountains nearly every year of my life so I've seen a lot of beautiful views...I love Jackson Hole, WY. The Tetons are incredible.

What song reminds you of high school?
Stone Temple Pilots' Core album.
Your great aunt dies and leaves you $10,000 that must be spent in six months. What would you do with the money?
Pay off my debt! I know it's boring but I couldn't justify buying my boat until my credit cards are payed for!
Do you collect anything? If so, what? Buffett LP's...have most of the them, aside from the imports and singles.
You become dictator of the United States. What is the first law you enact? No smoking anywhere indoors! Also, burning the flag would be a felony. Free speach my arse.
What is the most exotic animal you have ever seen in the wild?
I took a bus from Mexico City to Acapulco and stayed at my buddies' aunt's place...there were Geckos crawling on the walls and Iguanas in the mango trees...I loved it!
