Debbie's mom is taking her garage-saling tomorrow morning, she swears that's what kicked off her sister's labor a couple of months ago (has it been that long?)...

No baby this weekend, so we're still waiting. Debbie goes to the doctor again tomorrow morning, so I'll have an update then.

Our 4 year old just told me "Daddy, when Carson is born I'm gonna give him my stuffed tiger - after he's all cleaned off though, because I don't want my tiger to get all yucky."

All on his own too - How sweet is that?

I just got back from lunch after the doctor appointment. She is still dialated to 3cm and 50% effaced, so nothing has changed there.

They did another sonogram to check her amniotic fluid and the baby's position. The baby is head-down, everything checked out ok and it definitely appears to be another boy. From the measurements they think he weighs about 7lbs 7oz now, but that could be off a little in either direction. It was cool being able to count the fingers and toes, and all of them appear to be there.

The doctor isn't pressuring us to induce, but he did say the chances of vaginal delivery drop off drastically the longer you wait. Debbie doesn't want a c-section, so she'll probably schedule an induction for sometime next week if she doesn't have the baby before then. My mom's birthday is on the 25th, but I don't know if Debbie wants to wait that long - hopefully the baby will just come on its own and we won't have to worry about it.

The boys suggested Ray for the middle name, and we may go with that. If we do that his nickname will be "C-Ray" which I like...

Here's hoping little C-Ray makes it into the world safe and healthy.....lots of love and hugs heading to you and the whole family! Debbie, you hang in there.....hopefully that little bundle of joy will make his entrance very soon!
