Good luck tomorrow, can't wait to see the pictures!tjtryon wrote:24 more hours until we head in for our C-section. Wish us/her luck! The doctor says he's gonna be a big boy, well over 8 lbs, probably close to 9 lbs. My lovely wife is nervous, though I know she'll do great. I'll have my camera and will have pictures posted tomorrow night!

I can completely understand her anxiety but assure her that it's not nearly as bad as she has imagined it to be! We kept getting bumped for emergency c-sections and the longer I waited, the more nervous I got. But then they brought someone back from her c/s and she was talking and laughing and that made me feel much better.tjtryon wrote:24 more hours until we head in for our C-section. Wish us/her luck! Does Jimmy know how well we are doing in continuing the existance of the parrothead nation?? If we keep this up - we will have created enough future parrotheads to completely dominate and we might just have peace in the world like i have been hoping for...
This is awesome.... Good Luck TJ and Jaymie!!! You are almost there!!!!!

Congratulations! He looks like he came out screaming, huh? Ryan didn't make much noise when they got him out, it made me nervous!
It's interesting for me to see the pictures of the c-section since I couldn't see what they were doing while they were doing it. What a strange thing to have gone through (twice now). But I am feeling great and have been for days, so my fears about the recovery were unfounded.
How are the older siblings adjusting? Kyle has had a few outbursts of jealousy but for the most part just wants to love on his brother. It's too cute.
Hope all the still pregnant moms are feeling well!

I wish I could "cut" in line.... lol But then again - I am SO not ready yet .. I better wait 2 1/2 more months - but would really like to go the end of December!!!
PS - We have pretty much agreed to "Evan James" for a boy. James is also Les's grandfather that I wished I could have met - so James works VERY well as a middle name.
Hope all the new mama's and papa's are doing well... And everyone else who is still due is doing well also. We are good - very tired, but feeling good. Sleep is overated anyway!!

I have some great friends with a Mason George, a Leila Nicole and an EVAN JAMES!!! Great name! And again, good luck to all the Mommy's and Daddy's to be. What a great feeling. I think I was born to be a Mommy.
"Mommy, when is Jimmy Buffett coming to OUR house? We go see him ALL THE TIME??" (Actual quote from my 5 y/o keet)

It's hard to believe, but it's been 6 weeks since Carson was born. He's getting bigger, smiling more, and starting to laugh now.
So, how are all the new mom's and mom's-to-be? Mrs. Ski's date is less than 3 weeks away!
