Seattle, they proved they can win without Alexander(who is supposed to play). Carolina played very well and beat the Bears yesterday, but Seattle has more going for them.

Look for Marcus Trufaunt to blanket Steve Smith and

Grant Wistrom to ruin Delhomme's Day.

Alexander WILL play and prove why he is the MVP.

No DeShawn Foster

Seattle by 17.

Steve Smith is the only receiving threat Carolina has and nobody's stopped him yet. Carolina has a better defense too, they stuffed Tiki Barber 2 weeks ago and he gained 1,850 yards this season.

Well, its only Monday and I'm still buzzing from Saturdays game. I'm sure the closer it gets to Sunday the more realistic I will get. I do agree Trufaunt will need some help. Steve Smith is scary.

if i was a betting man i wouldn't touch this game............I like the Panters defence so i'm picking them..........the other factor is Carolina's QB has been there before..........but it will be tough playing 3 road games and having to fly clear across the country

I like the Panthers too.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Seems our right tackle likes to hit woman. Got his butt thrown in jail for domestic abuse with no bail. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that Peppers' side?

Picking the Seahawks.

I like Delhomme's coolness under pressure, but with Foster out hurt, the Panthers shouldn't have much of a running game and Steve Smith, stud that he is, can only do so much.

While I still think Matt Hasselbeck is a head case with a tendency to choke away big games ("We want the ball and we're going to score" is secret code for "I'm going to throw right at the opposing cornerback so he can run the ball back for a gamewinning touchdown"), I think the Seahawks running game will be able to get the job done.

Seahawks 23
Panthers 16

Anybody have a clue if JB roots for one of these teams? I have to admit I'm a Carolina fan since the franchise started (even though I am in Fargo and supposed to be a Viking or GB fan). I've been a nervous wreck since the cats are in the playoffs. I sure hope they can do it again, but its going to be darn tough with Foster out and the 3rd road game. Its hard to keep that intensity up. But I'm hoping........
