take shrimp (or fish), use lime juice (the acid interacts with the meat) to "cook" the dish.

The "spicey" would fit for the super bowl crowd but could you shoot out the "S. American" for reference.
I do a lot of jerk for my friends so I thought a change of pace would be good.
