hmm...that would be awesome!!!!! I think that would work great...Eric's kids are going to Florida that weekend with Grandma and pa.... and that is the weekend I am scheduled to drive back to Wisconsin....Phins Crossed!!!!

I just tried making hotel reservations for that weekend Just in case.....the hotels in Fort and Whitewater are full already.....found a place in Delavan....I figure we can always cancel if it doesnt happen....so if you want rooms get em now folks.....

stay in Janesville and take the Bus to Alpine.... more details to follow..if interested, PM me....

I just booked 3 rooms in Janesville at the Best Western...that is were the buses leave from..

The deal is bus ride to and from and/or concert tickets...includes food, drinks and entertainment..

Friday night will have event at the hotel as well....This is an awesome party and I know many BN'ers will vouge for it....

Here's what's included:

- Round trip Coach transportation to Alpine Valley Amphitheatre via 47 & 55 seat buses. We also have Limo-Buses & Executive coaches available in didfferent packages.

- Lawn seat concert ticket for the Jimmy Buffett show. Pavilion seat packages also available. see Reservation Form.

- FREE FOOD, BEER, & Margarita "Wopatui".

- We now have a private caterer, which provides and prepares all the food and beverage, and is served in "Tail- gate" style, in the Alpine valley Parking lot. The parking lot party goes from the time we arrive at Alpine, around 2:30 pm until about 7pm.

-"Live" entertainment in the Alpine Parking lot, usually by "The Whaleshark", from Lahaina, Maui.

- Bus pick-up points usually in Madison,WI., Middleton, WI. , Janesville, WI. , and possibly in areas of Chicago & northern Illinois. All buses converge in Janesville, WI. at the Janesville Best western Motor Lodge, before proceeding to Alpine Valley. This is done to keep the buses together in the parking lot at alpine, so we may more easily provide the tail - gate party refreshments & entertainment.

- We do have a pre-party on Friday night, before the Saturday concert, known as "The Parrot Head Ball". (The Parrot Head Ball" is a seperate cost of $7.00 per person at the door, and is held at the Best Western, with a "Live" performance by "The Whaleshark" and another full size carribean/Jimmy Buffett style band. Food & beverages provided by the Best western & Alfresco's, which they charge for. They will have special deals for all our Parrot Head guests).

This is the best all - inclusive coach trip to see Jimmy Buffett in Wisconsin!

Again, this is all still tentative..we don't have confirmed dates...but we are definitely prepared if and when dates come out...Rob has been doing this for 10 years now I think...
