I've been having alot of stomach and back pain. Had several test done, nothing. Getting ultrasounds tomorrow. I'm really nervous. Not of the tests, have twins had multiple ultra sounds. I just have myself convinced this is something terrible. Spent too much time on-line looking up symptoms and am convinced it's pancreatic cancer and they're going to give me some horrible news.
The thing is i'm not at all a hypochondriac. I've pretty much always been healthy.

Hopefully it'll be something relatively minor, OCG.. And diagnosing yourself online is one of the worst thing you can do. Doing research online is great, once a doctor gives you a proper diagnosis.

believe me I know it's stupid. But i've been dealing with this problem for over a month. That's a long time of waiting for somebody to tell me what's wrong.

Phin Power OCG.......trying to self diagnose online can be terrifying. But I am the type of person that can't wait to find out either. Keep us posted....we'll be praying for you!

I know that medical problems can really make you crazy (and fearful). Reading anything medical can make me crazy too so I try to stay away from medical stuff (including all those medical programs on TV)

It could very well be your gallbladder-----thats what happened to me about 6 months ago.

the thing is it sounds just like gallbladder but it's on my left side at least in the beginning. Now it's on the right side too.

Thats what happened to me too.

Do the ultrasound thingy---dont do a cat scan cause that wont tell nothing.

Only thing I could take before the surgury was T3's

Vicodens didnt do nothing for me, and actually couldnt keep them down. (used to be able to take 3 or 4 at a time when needed)

hope Matt is right and it is something readily treatable like gall bladder. we will all keep you in our thoughts.

Phlorida Phin Power comin your way! Hope whatever "it" is turns out to be minor & treatable & you find out very soon! The not knowing seems to be the worst part. And like everyone says, try not to self diagnose with the internet...it can make you crazy!

get it, take it. ive seen it 1st hand get rid of some bad stuff in people.

taking flax seed oil to help with high blood pressure. That plus calciium and magnesium supplements did the trick.
