I haven't talked to my brother this morning, or since I left work last night in fact, so if anything else pops up, post it. Thanks for all of your posts. They've been a great help. I gave him the address of the thread, so he may be checking on his own.

WHAT IS THIS....???? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE???
No one mentioned MARGARITAVILLE ORLANDO????
I thought that would be named right off So I hereby nominate MARGARITAVILLE ORLANDO
It is on The City Walk. Lots of places in there and some are fairly reasonable. Hard Rock Cafe can be a bit expensive. There is the NASCAR place and many numerous others to choose from in there as well.
Besides before or after dinner He could take her window shopping. LOL

Hmmm what about TGIF's? Food is good or better yet what about a Logans Roadhouse/ Steakhouse? They are always good.
Applebys is usually pretty good
If they want "downhome cooking" try "Cracker Barrel".

I think he wants something the next level up. As a bunch of college-age kids they go to Margaritaville a lot and since they work for the Mouse, they spend their free time getting away and chilling at Citywalk. All good suggestions, but I think he wants a little nicer, more intimate place.

Well since they are in Ratland..... hmmmm drive over to the Cape or Kissimmee. Hmmmm Kissimmee on Valentine's Day......sounds romantic doesn't it? ( Yeah I know how to pronounce it properly but ....LOL)

There was a very quiet and good seafood place outside of Rock Ledge but I cannot remember the name or much else about it other than it was on the water and not to far from where cruise ships would tie up.but was sort of off the beaten path. The prices reasonable and food was GREAT!

Live a little go exploring and try something different...Often is a good way to find a nice litle place, but sometimes you find bad ones and they all lead to memories.....like roses and thorns....you gotta take risks sometimes.

I don't know what they like or are looking for, but maybe BBQ or something untraditional. Since you asked for ideas.
I would open "Sam's Grill" overlooking the river for them but I think that is already covered...weather permitting.

That would be Grills; we were there last night. Excellent seafood, great tiki bar, very reasonable prices.

KEWLIES!!! It sounds like the place. Everything was great in there.
You have to forgive my memory. I was on my way down to the WPB concert in Dec 99. Stopped in RL to meet and spend a few hours with a friend that lives there.

If that is the place, I cannot reccomend it highly enough!!!
I just hope it is still as reasonable as it was, evidently the food is still as good! 8)
Thanks for the info!
