I don't think the upper deck was as cheap as lawn tickets at other venues, but I think they were in the $50-$60 range. I've been going to concerts at Jones Beach for almost 20 years and I've never paid $100 for a ticket.

the price here sounds a little funky, too. last year, Mohegan tickets were $212 and $114...

As long as there are a couple of shows I can get to without getting on a plane I'll be happy. Although I'd gladly fly to Hawaii again.

Just spoke to friend who is a higher up with NYS park police, (jones beach is a state park), he says no Buffett show this year. uhhgg

While at tickentmaster this morning they were able to confirm tickets are going to be availble for JonesBeach on March 20th, but they couldn't tell me when the show was.

Seems I've gotten better tix there in the past (could never use them however) and a Sat show might work out for the trip up from Central Joisey

I heard the same.

And I also note that Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett hasn't booked anyone for June 30 (or at least hasn't posted any booking on their web site). Last two years Mac played there around Mohegan and Jones Beach dates.
