Appraisal guy is gone. So after almost a year of an unfinished living room/dining room, ten days of 2 bathroom remodels, and 3 days off work to deep clean everything in the house, appraiser dude spent all of 25 minutes here!!!

We'll know on Monday how we fared. We're hoping for an increase of at least $10,000 based on the updates we've done.

And at least the awful cold I have now waited until we were done with our home improvements. I don't think I want to do anything to my house for a long time.

Hyped up on some Day Quil now, wondering how long I have to wait until I dose the NyQuil.
