Latest update:

Saturday's show is a sell-out

For Thursday you can still get Terrace seats with limited view (must be a lightpole blocking your sightlines) for $86. Lawn tickets are still available for $36.

Since people got shut out for Saturday...they will be making plans for Thursday...the time to get your tickets is now!!! :D

Hello fellow San Diego Parrothead....

You are in for a ride. Irvine is the "Holy Grail" of Buffett tailgate parties, at least on the west coast.

You may hear the lot does not open until 3 pm. Has not happned in all the years, even the last three where they posted a 3 pm entry.I am getting there at 11 am, parking across the street from the venue on a side street with the growing phlock of Parrotheads until the Irvine PD busts down the gates to get the masses of the city streets...usualy between noon and 1 pm.

My group is going all out. We are bringing our Margaritaville Bus, killer outdoorr sound system, a boat load of food/drink and are prepared to go nuts.

It was such a hassle trying to get two tickets for
saturday, but I finally did get them. Of course, we won't be able to sit together, but that's cool, we'll be together on Thursday. At least I am finally getting to go for once instead of just Ladyparrothead!!! :roll:

It's gonna be BITCHEN!!! 8) 8)

hello old friends!

After taking a year off (2005) from seeing Jimmy, (if any of you remember the "she-crab borracho incident" at the Pond in '04, she has promised NOT to do it again) I nailed down 2 Loge seats for Saturday (4/22).
This means that myself and the she-crab will bring the Pirate Truck (ver.2) and hoist the colors!

WOO-HOO!

We are also bringing a friend of mine and his date (both JB virgins) to the show, so be gentle on them (he's used to Ozzfest so I think he'll survive).

I'll be at Saturday.... pavillion tickets.... Won't be at Thursday because, well, it's my last day of classes!!! and then these two concerts are during my reading period. I'm sure I'll get plenty of reading done!!! :lol:

It's all good though because my first final is not until May 5 so it's totally doable!

My law schhool must have known Jimmy would be starting the tour so the scheduled reading period around that!

I wish they would schedule classes around Jimmy's tour schedule, that would make my life easier....

Oh, and listen to this... My supervisor always puts all of the legal researcher's vacation days up on the board so that the attorneys know when we'll be out of the office so if they have a search for us to do, to give it to us before we go on vaca. So about 7 of the attorneys saw my vacation dates for April and August and they came up and asked me what Buffett shows I was going to... They know me far too well!
