Bummer, BEG...if you're ever up in the Bay Area when I'm gigging around (check my Website for dates & such), I hope you'll stop by & introduce yourself.

I should be out at MOTM this year again, but don't know when I'll be where yet. But Have Guitar Will Definitely Travel! :pirate:

Do ya ever get over to the central valley? That's where I live. I shall check out your website. :)

In regards to the Cell Phone List, I sent a PM to Beach Blonde and haven't heard back yet. She hasn't posted in two weeks either.

Anyone heard from her?

I'll give her a few more days and then I may just take it over.
My favorite concert partner better call me from the tailgate/show. :(

BTW.. How many does Shorline hold???
I know that Wayne's aversion to the Shoreline was directly responded to. But I don't believe anyone answered your capacity question.

Shoreline holds approximately 20,000 people. Unfortunately my source did not list how many are reserved seats vs. lawn capacity.
Thanks!!! I some how thought more.. :D

Size matters.. :D :) :)

OK, so I looked around a bit more and found this info posted by Mackenzie Cooper in The Stanford Daily Online edition, from Wednesday, September 21, 2005:
The Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View is regarded as the best in the country in the large outdoor theater category. With 6,500 fixed seats and a lawn that holds up to 20,000, its concert season begins in May and finishes in October.
I'm just tryin' to get by being quiet and shy,

BEG, I'm still trying to figure out why you're so against the "mid-week" show??? Didn't the title of Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays kinda tip it off for you, that not all shows would be on the weekend?

He'd only hit 8 spots, instead of the whopping 17 he's got on the schedule now. Besides, you can sleep when you're dead, or at your desk on Wednesday!!! (or on the plane ride home Thursday, as I plan to do)

I say, DO IT!! Make the show, we'll make sure you're home by a decent hour.

I am new to here, but not new to Buffett and have been a Parrothead for years.

Count me in on your gathering. I already have tickets, etc.

Thanks.

PS.. by the way, you might already know me... I was that beautiful chick on black and white tv.... Jimmy liked me so much that he included me in one of his earliest songs.

Or the box Carol Merrill points to on the floor

Or until I can unlock that lucky door"

I'm against mid week shows because I can no longer go to them! I can't take the time off and I can't make it over to Mountain View before the show starts.

I'm glad you have a job where you can sleep at your desk as well as take some days off...I don't. Simple as that. Now do you get it?

:o  I got it, sorry if I offended you at all. I just wish you were going to be there to join in the fun.

Once in a while...I've played Sacramento, and I did a fun party up in Nevada City pre-Mardi Gras last month. If you can help me find an amenable place out your way and help make sure people come out to see me, I'll play just about anywhere. :) In the Valley, it had better be a weekend though. Bloody Day Job, y'know. :)

Sail on,
