CRC was sitting right near us and the two of us just nearly game unglued when he said "WILLIS ALAN RAMSEY" . . . I had no clue he had played it at Texas Stadium.
I sang every word right along with Jimmy. It sure was a 'moment' for us WAR fans!

I'm betting when Jimmy played the bars on Greenville Avenue in Dallas, that he and WAR hung out. WAR still lived in Dallas at the time. I guess he's back in Austin after living in the British Isles for a while.
