Well gang, it's for your phriendly neighborhood moderator to step in and remind us all that it's time to start thinking about ending this thread...we have the other thread to post pics in (and thank EVERYONE for doing that!). I was gonna post this this morning anyway...apparently MF can read my mind!! :o

As for MF's comment on the previous page about me not caring for anyone who wasn't from Hoot Island, I was just having withdrawal. Afterall, it was my first day back at work. And NOBODY likes "work."

Four Play wrote:If we moved the RV's in the front all the way into the parking spaces along the fence, that would open up a ton of room on the pavement for hanging out.
Moving ETP's RV back a few spaces and roping some off would give room for the hot tub on the pavement beside it.
I thought the portapotties, kegs, margarita machine and cooking area were ok where they were. We needed way more tables over there.
Roping off from where the trailer was over to ETP's RV might cut down on outside traffic coming into the food area without wristbands.

Any other ideas about how to improve the physical setup and traffic flow?

Bill, It was such a good idea to have Hoot Island in the farthest area from the pavilion leaving the closer parking for cars. In past years it seems like the spaces we used weren't even taken.

BUT, I was wondering if any of the official parking personnel said anything about starting to have a lack of places to park. I saw a lot of cars driving through the parking lot and they seemed to be looking for a place to park instead of just LOOKING.

Was there plenty of parking space or do you think they will try to limit taking up too much space?

No. It's pretty much outlived its purpose of pre-concert planning. Sorry. Them's the rules for all the pre-concert threads.

Since I'm a newbie to this whole thing - is it possible to add a note to the end of this thread saying this is where the new social area is or how to find everyone? :D
