As for MF's comment on the previous page about me not caring for anyone who wasn't from Hoot Island, I was just having withdrawal. Afterall, it was my first day back at work. And NOBODY likes "work."
Bill, It was such a good idea to have Hoot Island in the farthest area from the pavilion leaving the closer parking for cars. In past years it seems like the spaces we used weren't even taken.Four Play wrote:If we moved the RV's in the front all the way into the parking spaces along the fence, that would open up a ton of room on the pavement for hanging out.
Moving ETP's RV back a few spaces and roping some off would give room for the hot tub on the pavement beside it.
I thought the portapotties, kegs, margarita machine and cooking area were ok where they were. We needed way more tables over there.
Roping off from where the trailer was over to ETP's RV might cut down on outside traffic coming into the food area without wristbands.
Any other ideas about how to improve the physical setup and traffic flow?

No. It's pretty much outlived its purpose of pre-concert planning. Sorry. Lock it up we can move to the social area. The rules make sense to me. Beside we have lots of planning to do on future PHlockings. and I truly hope that one and all join us in the future in either body or spirit.
