We have to pick up the RV Thursday morning. Then, drive it to the hotel.
After that, we're yours!
I am just looking at stuff. More of the intellectual exercise thing. Kinda like thinking about going to Chicago before the Berghoff closed, and coming to my senses that going without Candy would be a bad idea (the fun would be a lot less than half). It is tempting tho.

duuuude... if I travel, and I would not gamble that I can pull it off in any fashion, think of it this way: a chance to see Flint in all its glory; or Dallas, with celebrities like ETP, CRC, Molly, Auntie, and the guy on the flaming Jetski performing in the parking lot...

I am SO excited!! After getting skipped last year, I'm WAY overdue!! I talked to HOB who handles the Smirnoff Music Center and they havent listed the date yet so ticket sale date hasnt been set yet.

There is a Fairfield in near Market Center about 4.5 miles from the Venue for $70 a night. Maybe if we reserved a block of rooms we could do a bit better. I think Fairfields are generally pretty nice, aren't they?

I got a couple of rooms there today. It was $99 a room for 2 double beds.

I think that MIGHT be close to us at the Marriott Courtyard at Market Center.
About 15 minutes from the venue.
From what the RV man told me, we can put about 20-25 peeps in the RV for the trip. Can't go cross country, but we can get to the venue!
And I'll be sober.

I usually feed 30 people for about $200. Donations will be accepted (at the tailgate) but are not required - I'll just let people pitch in what they think is fair.
I'd like to know how many people want in on the crab boil, so I know how much to buy.
And if anyone else spends money on food, we can split the donations based on our expenses...
