Please don't quote these lists in the thread, as they will be constantly changing and I want to avoid any confusion...
Here are the current lists for donations and expenses. The idea is for everyone to pay in advance, be able to just show up, and have everything taken care of. This is only geared toward people who are using the RV, eating, and drinking. $30 per person was suggested initially, but that is not a required amount - every bit will help! And if there is any surplus, it will be used to supplement the Hospice donation from the cookbooks.
In order to keep everything together and accounted for, we are sending all of the money to ETP. She and I are working together daily to keep each other accountable and track receipts. Send a Private Message to East Texas Parrothead or Four Play for the address to use.
If anything is incorrect or missing, let me know and I will get it corrected asap. I'll continue to update the lists and post a link every few pages to keep everyone up to date on our progress.
