It's not on the Hawaii CD, no, but I do have a copy of it.

The live ones with Jake were done on 6/15/05 (Bristow), 6/20 & 6/22 (Mansfield) & 6/26 (Pittsburgh). The best one is clearly from Bristow - I have the non-Sirius version that I could bring or send to somebody.

Other things I like to listen to pre-show are the non SYKBH songs that probably will get played again because they were played at the last four shows.
