I haven't made one personally, and I'm old so I have no memory, but I CAN tell you that it doesn't have to be made of plywood. Think "light" like stryrofoam. Also, it can be "pop up."

(Some of my phavorite things are "pop up")

Styrofoam probably won't survive the trip in the slipstream

I knew Al when I picked him up with pink hair.

Bless his heart. It took all he had not to turn around and get back on a plane headed home. He was so brave!

And, do you know. . . not one security person stopped me. They just waved me right on through. Laughing out loud, but waving nonetheless.
