I dont think wristbands are available anymore, but, I think that question is better directed to FourPlay..he is the 'Mayor' of HootIsland...you might PM him...he has posted in the past that "all are welcome to drop by and hang out...however you'd need wristbands to use facilities and phood, booze etc...

In looking at Four Play's most recent update about Hoot Island, it says:

I would take this to mean that since Phritz's Marine Buddy is part of Phritz's party, he would qualify for the exception and could be issued a wristband, yes?

If ya'll have been around BN for very long...if you've gone to shows besides Dallas....you should have *no* trouble knowing who the last SG is.

As for #2, I have no clue.
