A call to Dallas Show-bound BN'ers

As most of you know, I'm the editor of a small newspaper in northeast Texas. We are part of a 74-paper chain of weeklies here in Texas. Thirteen of them are here in the piney woods, from Linden to Carthage. (I picked those two cities because of their rich musical heritage . . . Music City Texas Theater in Linden. Texas Country Music Hall of Fame in Carthage.)

Leading up the the show, I'm going to do some feature stories on our Dallas gathering. Can't guarantee it to run in all 74 papers, but wouldn't it be fun to have a collection of all our stories for this show?

So....

Please tell me why Jimmy's music is part of your life and why you're coming, your travel plans, etc. and I'll weave them into the features. Photos of past shows, etc. would be great, too.

I'll do a couple of features leading up to the show and then a final feature with photos of ALL OF US and a review, too!

I'll post them here, too!

I'd be surprised if there weren't at least a couple of PH's at the Dallas show who were recently temporary residents of Baghdad..... Maybe even someone who was at BuffettFest!
