That CD has a song on it that really hits home....You Call It Jogging...My ex-husband REALLY did that to me! It had been years since he & I divorced so it wasnt sad...just weird! I like Permanent Reminder of a Temporary Feeling on that CD too! Actually, I listen to the CD often.CheeseHead in Paradise! wrote:The entire beach house on the moon album. I feel so guilty now that I really enjoy listening to it.

Love In Decline is a great song, I think it's my neighbor's theme song!
He truly is a "shining example of love in decline"
Dreamcicle is another song that has really grown on me.
and Stranded on a Sandbar and Brahma Fear and Stars on the Water and In the Shelter...
Come to think of it, I don't skip anything

you can't lay on the beach and drink rum all day if you don't start in the morning

I consider every song NOT on the "Yellow Album" to be an overlooked song.
A FEW of my favorites-
Far Side of the World
Somewhere Over China
Beach House On the Moon
Something So Feminine About A Mandolin
Cliches
Blue Guitar
Coastal Confessions
Window On the World
Island
Island Fever
Nautical Wheelers
No Plane On Sunday
Remittance Man
of course, I COULD go on and on. (and on).

I agree...I put every Buffett song ever recorded on mine. Now at work I just hit random and listen to Buffett all day. Really gives a great mix this way. I've discovered a lot of songs on cd's that rarely got played thanks to the iPod.VegasPhinz wrote:The IPOD thing works great... especially with I-trip... currently enjoying....

It's totally a "feel good" one. I think West Nashville Grand Ballroom Gown 'cause it's right next to Wino and I Know (I love them both).BostonFins wrote:Me too, was listening to Living and Dying in 3/4 time today and forgot how much I like this cd, it's been awhile since I pulled it out.buffettbride wrote:I agree with ya there. I also tried it on my answering machine for a while....."this hotel room's got alot of stuff, a laundry bag and a shoeshine cloth...32 hangers and a touch tone phone, with a light that comes on when I ain't home... I AIN'T HOME, I AIN'T HOME... you better leave a message 'cause I ain't home..." BEEPbuffettbride wrote:Haha. I can't sing though, so I deleted it.
