I went to Phoenix last year. Cricket Pavillion is nice, but it was the quietest Buffett crowd I ever heard. Great for actually hearing the concert, but not very festive. It was also the oddest tailgate. Parking lots are paved, and people keep driving around the entire time, instead of the aisles being blocked off. I also saw people come in a limo, and the limo driver set up their tailgate behind his car. Very bizarre. All in all, concert was fun, but not worth a road trip unless you are combining with other vacationing, which we did.
