We set up the canopy quickly...Jim & Craig set up the bar while I set up my kitchen. The bar is made from a surfboard and wooden Corona crates. I cook jambalaya, and someone else works a grill, making burgers and stuff. The girls set up the snack table.
We drink, we eat, and we wander around looking for friends in the afternoon....I'm sure I'll track down the BN bus!!!! At 6:00, we quickly pack up and head inside. After the show, we set back up, but not the whole setup. We're usually amongst the last out of the parking lot.....who wants to deal with that traffic?
