thanks! yeah the tailgate is a great time especially when you can do it in numbers. so hopefully if all goes well we'll be able to meet up at a site where fellow BN'ers will be partying.

Hi all---fanvan and the rv will be there asap--or as early as I can get in the lot--two years ago i think they said like 2 or 3 oclock--but we got in line about 11:30 and they let us in about 12:15---We will be flying the 6 ft pink flamingo from the 20 foot flag pole--only have four in our group this year, so if we can get a bunch of bner's together let the party begin---a hotline will be a big help and i can do the pineapple blender drinks at our tiki bar--compliments of rednekkph--buckeye will have to take four plays spot in making all the arrangements---don't worry we will all help--getting close!!!

We will be staying at the Amerisuites in Weirton, WV, less than 10 minutes from Starlake.

Has anyone stayed there and do they have any phlockings the night before the show?

anyone planning on seeing Tom Watt the night before? The word on the street is that he is pretty good. Wouldn't mind checking out that show.

Possible bad news. My group has fallen apart! My friend started a new job Monday and she has to go to a training on June 7th in California! So she is out, which means her sister is out, which means her other friend is out. Which leaves just me and my sister and my sister isn't sure she wants to hang out with the pregnant chick!

So....I'm trying to convince my DH or other friends to come along, but if not, I may have to miss it this year!

I've only skipped one year of Buffett concerts since 1993 and that was in 2004...when I was pregnant with my son! These darn keets keep messing up my plans!

I'll keep you posted, but I may not be able to handle the hotline after all! Sorry guys! :(

Oh boy. Pregnant chick = scared to drive an RV!!

After talking it over, I think my sister and I will still be there! But it's still up in the air.

Does anyone need tickets? I obviously have extras now. Let me know.

We need some kind of helicopter service to express deliver people when their ground transportation falls through. Why should only the Trumps & Bransons of the world get door-to-door service via chopper?

Parrotheads deserve it...now who's got a spare helicopter and pilot lying around they can donate?

Anyone know what they are charging to park an RV this year?

Post by fanvan »

Hey Cold Water----rv parking $25---btw has anyone been able to find a detailed parking lot page----eg where are they parking the rv's---best i remember from two years ago, we parked in car area---although i have burned a lot of brain cells since then---detailed map would help coordinate all BNers who want to tailgate near the Fanvan rv---We will definately have to get a hotline going----are you listening Buckeye????---will leave a message on one of our cell phones once we get in line and another once we park---hope to be one of the first in the lot. FOUR WEEKS FROM TONIGHT

As long as we're talking RV's and whatnot...does anyone happen to know what the upper limit for vehicles is in the "regular" lot? I might end up driving a 15-passenger van, and I'm wondering if that'll put me in a different area.
