Although the official BN meetup spot will be at the Fanvan RV, I wanted to also extend an open invitation to stop by and join the Craiger crew for a Margarita or two (or three, or four...)
We'll try to be there as soon as they open up, so look for the red Jeep Cherokee with the big wooden parrot attached to the roof. I refer you to the hastily-assembled visual aid below:
The Jeep may also have a tall flagpole with a Margarita pinata at the top of it.

I remember the margarita pinata from a couple of years back. We will definitely try to stop by. Are the 'rents going to be there again?

ColdWaterConch wrote:fanvan...two yrs ago (last time JB played Starlake), the cops were complete diccs....they initially said that they were not going to open until 4pm, and would not let anyone get in line (I got there one-ish). Not sure what their "policy" will be this year, but they seem to get stricter every year.
Yes, I have to agree, 2004 was bad. The cops kept holding up 4 fingers everytime we'd try to get in line to get in. A lot of people started partying down the road at some restaurant/club place. Eventually a cop came by, flipped the siren and said the gates were open. Problem was, they weren't ready for all the people and that was a cluster as well for a while. Here's hoping they're better prepared this year and let us in earlier. We'll be there around 12 but I'll be surprised if we can get in then.

Disposable Cameras or Digital Cameras are allowed
NO Video or Audio Recording Devices
NO Professional Cameras
NO Factory sealed 20oz water bottles
NO Large beach balls or large inflatables
Special Traffic Notes
Parking lots will open at 4:00 pm. We recommend that you come as early as possible (and tailgate if you'd like!) so that you don't miss a minute of this great evening.

Premier Parking (to the right of the Pedestrian Walkway) is available for $22 through www.ticketmaster.com and can be ordered up until 3pm on the day of show.
What to Bring
· Snacks and other picnic food packaged in a clear one gallon plastic bag (one per guest)

I like Pittsburgh.
The pre-parties are always great and the tailgating is second to none.
It has now become part of my yearly Bubba itinerary.

I like how every year they say the lots open at 4pm and every year they open much earlier. You think they would just give up already haha

Alright 3 Days away!!! I'm ready for this one....

The forecast looks great...75, and partly cloudy and only 20% chance of rain......(remember last year where it was in the high 90's and sunny?

)
I havent posted in here for awhile, but have been keeping up-to-date with the posts....I'm going to E-mail/call the post gazette to ask them about the gates (4:00? Come on) ...I'll post my response when I get one.....I'll try and find the BN'ers...I tend to roam the whole parking lot anyways....hopefully it will be a great show!!!, and for those who never been to the Post Gazette, your in for a real treat, its an excellent venue..just a little rough getting into the parking lots...traffic tends to get backed up for a big event like this....it will be backed up for miles if they wait until 4 to open the parking lots
WHOS READY FOR 6-6-6?????
