Fanvan will be there--with the rv---look for the 20 foot flag pole with a 6 ft pink flamingo hanging out---all stop by and say hi----btw---we will be staying at normandy farms campground---anyone else staying there???--stop by friday for our pre party--the pink flamingo will be hanging out

I have never seen Buffett at Great Woods (going on 8/12) but I have many friends that have enjoyed that campground for several concerts!

Very hassle free!!! That's why it rocks something fierce!!! Get your game face on, and remember... when entering the parking lot at 9:30 AM for an 8:00 PM Buffett concert, it is imperative to pace yourself!!

that's why i'm glad I'm a state employee! we can take all the time off we want, even if it is unpaid. But no need to take any unpaid leave, I get a ridiculous amount of vacation time!! I love it!

Today I read my fortune cookie at a chinese restaurant and it said I will go to a party where strange customs prevail.....hmmmm, must know I am headed towards Great Woods 8/10 & 8/11!

OK Harbourgirl---can we really get in at 9:30???? Haven't been able to do that since riverbend a few years ago---do they allow rv's to park with non rv's or do they shuffle us off to some remote area as at nissan???all invited to stop by--look for the liscense tag, and a 20 ft flag pole, with a 6 ft pink flamingo hanging out on the pole

I'm not HG, but yep, it's an early day at GW!

The RVs get sent to an RV lot, but not to worry, it's party central up there.

it is, BUT..... you have to use plastic cups. no bottles of beer or obvious alcohol, or they'll make you dump it out. And your likker bottles have to be hidden.
