Dont worry about your tix being at will call. Just tell them when you get to the lot that's where they are. Mine are usually at will call and I never had to show a confirmation e-mail or anything. If they give you a hard time just say you don't have an e-mail because they're tickets for friends of the band (which is what yours will be.) It can be a pain in the butt, but the seats are worth the hassle, believe me!

Megan....i never had a problem with that......if they say something....tell them to hop in and take them to will call!!!.....if you have a itinerary or conf#...just have it!

You WILL NOT be allowed to park in the lot without showing them tickets at the gate. It's free parking at GW and that's how they make sure they have enough room for everybody.

Just take an old Ticket-B stub and wave it through a closed window. Never had anyone ask to check the actual ticket. The folks at the gate just want to move the cars in. Don't think they care if you get by them.

We have 12 people in our group this year. I just finished putting together the "who is bringing what list" and e-mailing it out. Between food, booze, bar, tents, generators, blenders, grills,beads, etc, etc. I feel a little bit feel like Eisenhower planning the d-day invasion!!

I have had some experience here... and glad to be able to contribute. I’ve used bubble wrap! Wrap the entire luge in bubble wrap, a couple of layers, then an old blanket. It will last quite a while. If you want to spend the money home depot sells an insulation that has a type of heavy wall bubble with a reflective material on one side. I have seen people make a large bag out of that.

Hey everyone,

We are taking a bus from the Lowell area on Saturday (safer than driving for many of us). The bus holds about 37 people and about 10 seats are already taken. The price starts at $40 a peron but will go down the more people who come - so that's just the starting point. We will have a grill, table, washers game, etc. - the basics for everyone to use.
