Why when I post a quote it doesn't say "so and so wrote". HOw do I get my quotes to say that? :( :(

Do you click the button that says "quote" and then type your comments after all of the quoted material?

That's odd...

Heads up for all you Camden people who I love,

In a little while, once I get confirmation on the seat location, I'm going to be posting tickets for sale in the ticket exchange section.

Here's the deal, I'm going to have two reserved tickets for sale, they are apparently towards the back of the reserved section. I'm paying $320 for the pair which is slightly over face + fees.

What I'd like to do is trade these two reserved seats for 4 lawn tix + $130 cash, which makes it an even trade.

So, all of you loyal posters in the Camden thread get first dibs on them up until the point when I find out where the seats actually are and put the post in the ticket exchange section.

PS: Don't forget to PM to get added to the Camden Cell Phone List!

Harry, just sent over my info for the phone list. Been absolutely hectic around here, but I'm in for meeting everyone at the cherry hill and parking over at the tailgate.

Blackjack and blackjack's wife, hope you're still having ribs ;)

Three Things:

Sy: Got your info, thanks. You going to meet up for the Monday night happy hour?

BJ and BJW: I hope you're doing the ribs too, I just reread all 14 pages of this thread yesterday and I was getting hungry reading about them.

Two Reserved Tix are going up in the ticket exchange section momentarily, section 201, row W.

Blackjack never misses the opportunity to show off his rib cooking abilites.

Personally, I'm looking forward to Key Lime Cookies....

Sy, did you ever perfect the Beer Cookie Recipe?

Was a place decided on? If it's not too too far, I will most likely be there.

I did! I'll have to see if I have enough time to make them for you guys. I have all the stuff for the key lime pie and the lime cookies, and I'm thinking of making rum balls, too. I'll see if I can squeeze in a batch of beer cookies, too.

and this year, hopefully we can be parked semi-close :)

I threw tiki-bob's on Penn's campus out there just for the atmosphere but truthfully I'm completely flexible on where to go. I think it would be a great teaser before the show and a good way to get our heads on straight about how we're all going to meet up on Tuesday and stuff.

I plan to be there! I just got my ticket from StubHub - Pit 102, Row P1. :D
And because it was an odd lot - only one ticket - it was less than I ever would have paid. (There're two tickets on there now for same row at $1,250 EACH! :o I paid less than half that.)

If everyone is staying in Cherry Hill, why not drink in Cherry Hill? There is a Bahama Breeze at the Cherry Hill Mall. They offer a Island Atmosphere, and lots of fruity drinks with fancy umbrellas if that is what thrills you. The mall is 4 miles from the hotels where you will all be. There is also a beverage establishment within walking distance (albeit a good walk) from both the Crowne Plaza and the Holiday Inn. It's called Top Dog. They offer an outside deck and a bunch of beers on tap. If you ask, I'm sure they have a few umbrellas if that is a requirement for you.

No reason to cross the river when Cherry Hill has all the beverages you are looking for all the while reducing the distance you need to drive under the influence.

Just my thought...

Thats over an hour away for me, CiP in Exton would be fine with me but its a bit of a hike for the Cherry Hill Crew...

Exton works well for me.

Cherry Hill I couldn't do. No way for me to get there from work, and get home at a reasonable time to be able to get up and be at the tailgate (hour and a half -2 hours at least without traffic).

I think majority rule is probably best on this, based on where people are going to be. :)

Based on the responses I've gotten so far:

Some are in Center City, I'm in Delaware County, some are in Cherry Hill. I was suggesting Center City somewhere b/c I can take the train in so I don't have to worry about drinking and driving and I thought it would be pretty centrally located.

Exton would be a hike for the Center City and Cherry Hill folks.

Don't let Blackjack and I influence your plans, we won't be joining the fun on Monday night since the the keets don't get picked up until Tuesday morning. I was only offering my suggestions as a Cherry Hill resident.

By the way, 336 hours, 8 minutes to showtime.
