BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN AND THE E STREET BAND'S LEGENDARY HAMMERSMITH ODEON CONCERT AVAILABLE FOR THE FIRST TIME ON CD

November 18, 1975, Hammersmith Odeon, London--It was the concert that turned one of Rock N' Roll's greatest bands into one of its most legendary.

Until recently, only a few lucky concert-goers were able to experience that sensational night at the Hammersmith Odeon in London. As soon as Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band took the stage that night, the performance immediately became a classic and defining moment in history of the band, perfectly encapsulating the passion, the drama, the intensity, and all that embodies this extraordinary band. The concert almost became a mythical event to long-time fans; it was seemingly a fabled story about one of the most legendary performances in the band's illustrious career.

Now, following the success of the release of the Born To Run 30th Anniversary box set, which featured a DVD film of this unforgettable performance, the entire concert is now available on a special two-CD set, featuring over two hours of live music. Among the songs performed at the Hammersmith Odeon include "Spirit In The Night," "Born To Run," "The E Street Shuffle," "Thunder Road," "Jungleland," "Rosalita (Come Out Tonight)," "Quarter To Three," and more. Truly a must-have for any fan who wants to finally hear for him or herself this historical concert on CD.

Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band's Hammersmith Odeon concert comes out for the first time on CD in stores February 28 but you can pre-order your copy now at SonyMusicStore.com along with the brand new Born To Run 30th Anniversary box set that features the Hammersmith Odeon concert DVD, and have your copy delivered to your home on or around release date. If I am not mistaken, this show has been aired on Maryland public TV a couple of times. GREAT show, I've got it recorded on video.
