hi i heard that brookfield wisconsin was getting a cheeseburger in paradise .. if thats true then when is it opening i thought it was supposed to open a long time ago...

The restaurant is slated to go into the old Chi-Chi's restaurant on Blue Mound, as a dual unit with another restaurant (Carrabas) in the same building. Our original target date was last fall, but the city of Brookfield has been, well, less than cooperative.

As of now, we are targeting a spring opening, but I cannot give you a specific date. I am trying hard to secure that date, and it will be announced in my thread as soon as I know.

i live in waukesha but i go around that area they will be building the resturaunt all the time.
