Does look fun, Molly.

Had a Volcano "z'dirt" at Margaritaville Las Vegas on one trip, but they didn't have it on the menu anymore in October. It was so good. Wish I could find that recipe.

It looked kinda like the hollowed out chocolate brownie cakes in the one you posted.

It also had some vanilla ice cream and some wonderful silky smooth chocolate and some crispier chocolate pieces. It had some raspberry flavor syrupy stuff and whipped cream.

Take a look at this one!

Here is also one from Rainforest Cafe, but it is NOT near as good as the one at Margaritaville.
