Closer

I, personally, did not like having APLAF as the closer. I would rather see him change it up from show to show. It is always phun to guess what he may close the showl with. My choices would be:
1. Someday I Will
2. Six String Music
3. Oysters and Pearls
4. Love In The Library
5. Tonight I Just Need My Guitar
6. Window On The World
7. Coastal Confessions
8. Sending The Old Man Home
9. Stories We Could Tell
10. That's What Living Is To Me
Ok....I'll stop there.

Best closer is of course Mariano Rivera. He's been hit in some big situations but much more often he comes through. Wait, is this not what you were looking for?

Have always been partial to Banana Republics. Lovely Cruise is another great ending song. It's My Job would be alright also. Of course my personal favorite, Happily Ever After would be the best of them all.

i wanna see jimmy end with a bang, instead of a slower type song. Maybe go back to something like love and luck or something along those lines.

Good call on Window On The World! I would love it if he did that. The past few shows he closed with Growing older but not up and Pirate Looks at 40!! Plus the first show I saw him at he closed with Paceing the Cage.

I've actually heard him finish with Stories We Could Tell before, last year he finished the show here in Indy with Do You Know What It Means To Miss New Orleans...Personally I don't mind the way he finishes the shows the past few years. One encore with the full band that finishes with a bang, then an acoustic song. There's some great suggestions here for that, especially Love In The Library and That's What Living Is To Me. I'll go ahead and throw out Cowboy In The Jungle since it hasn't been mentioned yet. Although you'd be more likely to hear in in a southern state than up here.

As long as he doesn't ruin another show by ending with Dave F**king Matthews I'll be happy.

Lovely Cruise is a good song but it sounds too much like "thanks, but it's over" so I'd rather not hear it.

I heard him close with Survive once, at Madison Square Garden. I think it was either 1998 or '99.
