Atlanta tickets on sale date snafu

A local radio station said buffett tix go on sale this Saturday, but MVLLE says Monday. I think I would be upset if I missed the on sale date... it might drive me to go to a Barry Manillow show!
Does anyone else here in Atlanta know? Does anybody really know?

wait till tomorrow or thursday and check ticketmaster...saturday would make more sense since it would then be with all the other right coast shows...

I am starting to think there is a problem with the Atlanta show. First it shows up missing for a few days from the concert tour dates and still no listing on the Ticketmaster site. Anyone have the real story.

Don't panic ... the Atlanta show will happen! The Parrothead Club has sent out notices for club tickets. As far as the on sale date, we'll just have to wait until it's posted on the Ticketmaster site to know for sure. They ususally don't post shows until 3 or 4 days before the on sale date. I would expect it to show up either today or tomorrow.

...is that I talked to Jimmy and explained to him that I was getting married in Athens the same weekend he is in Atlanta. The rehearsal dinner is on the 2nd, his concert was scheduled for the 2nd. When he heard ol' Ragtop was getting married, he volunteered to play the rehearsal dinner instead of at Lakewood, for free.

So that's why TM has not put it up and it's been kind of screwy on M'ville.

Hope this settles any confusion. I would invite you all, but it'll be standing room only as it is.

The original line-up of REM reformed at the weekend for the wedding of one of their roadies.
It was only the second time Michael Stipe, Peter Buck and Mike Mills have performed with drummer Bill Berry since he left in 1997.
The four played seven songs at Kingpins Bowl And Brew in Athens, Georgia, at technician Dewitt Burton's wedding.

It was the River, 97.1, but they've since corrected to say Monday now.
It is also on Ticketmaster now. I think it's feeling official now! It was really getting scarry again this year....
