Fastest sell outs

Post by ohmyhell »

So of all of Jimmy's shows, which show do you think sells out the fastest? I got sodomized by ticketmaster for the Cinci show this morning and if I don't get tickets through other channels I was thinking Alpine Valley. Does that one sell out as fast?

Didn't try. I was focusing on on Great Woods. I'm going to use "connections" if I go to Camden. :pirate:

Camden was out in about 4 minutes. I searched for a single ticket at 10:04 (according to my cell phone) and it came up NADA. Sold out!

So that's the fastest I've seen them go.

Got four lawn at 10:00:30.

I got on right at 10:00 for Cinci and had 6 lawns ready to go and clicked on purchase and it said I exceeded my 2 minutes. Unless I'm in a magical world where 2 minutes goes in 10 seconds, I think it's flipping Ree Dick Urous!

this is total BS. I was on ticketmaster and tried for Camden at 10:00 got in an it just spun. Tried other PC's as well of firends and phone and got nothing. Now I am seeing thme on ebay for "buy me's" and this one seller says while they last only 200. WTF? This idiot gets 200 and we get nothing. MAN. If anyone has (HAHAHA) 4 extra lawn seats for Camden let me know.

Well, I was in line for Camden, and the computer logged me off at 10:03. It said tickets were no longer available. My daughter was standing in a line in Philly... not even the person who drew #1 got tickets. The Ticketba.tard people said as soon as they logged on, the concert came up "sold out". I think that's pretty fast when the Ticketba.tard people can't even get in. How is that possible, if they're not selling everything far in advance?

Being #1 in line would be a heartbreaker :-(

Alpine Valley holds 40,000 people, i'd have to imagine it would be a lot easier to get a ticket there than any other show on the tour.

Out of 275 people, Only the first 35 got them at the Tweeter center box office in Camden. I know someone who was at another site and he was #12 in line and only the first two in line walked away with tickets.

Nissan went pretty darn fast. Was on ticketmaster ready to go -- clicked and got in as soon as it opened. Had a one minute wait, then two minutes, then got bumped!!! I know another person who was purchasing tickets and got bumped out at that point!!! What gives with ticketmaster??? :wench:
