For some reason I can't stand it when people call him "Bubba," but I am guilty of referring to JB as the following--

Jiminy Buffett
Chippy *
Jimmy Trumpet
Jimmy Strumpet
Jimmy Booofay (French kind of pronunciation)
J. Buffet (like the restaurant)
*Derivative of the old joke, Chimpy Chumpett and the Floral Sneaker Band.
