Since all the shows, except maybe Mohegan Sun, are sold out I guess there are quite a few people who aren't bothered by anything.

I guess I'm not really bothered either......of course, I'm the one that took an eighteen year break between concerts....
My enjoyment of the music and Buffett's gift for turning words into magic comes almost every day when I pop in a CD or hear something in the car on RM....
I feel bad that Amy Lee and all lost a steady gig, but they are all very talented and will do fine.....

Still looking for an answer to my question...

Is it official that the dancing girls are out? Or was that just rumor.
I know that Amy & TC are gone for sure...

I don't know if an official announcement has been made about the dancers, but I think my source is pretty reliable. No, it wasn't Heather.

There were many threads going about the concerns listed in the poll...I thought it would be interesting to see how they shook out against each other.

Sorry...I didn't think to add one about the bitchin' an moanin'

Anyway, it wasn't meant to bring any more negative vibes into the universe...but, just a gauge of what folks are more concerned with.

i will say that i am a dissapointed about the horn section and dancers being dropped above anything else.BUT, jimmy is doing a full-fledged summer tour and thats more than anybody expected.im a beyond excited for this tour because its going to be GREAT!!!!

look i saw the 2003 "all for the sea" benefit in southhampton. and it was only john for the horn section and no dancers, and u know what? it was one of the best shows i've every been to!!!!

long live,tour,and record jimmy!!!

I need 3 tickets. I can't see him if I can't get tickets. If anybody dosen't want to drive, pay up, not see Amy Lee sell me your tickets. I will be losing my job on Monday ( after I train my replacement) and I stiil want to see Jimmy. I could not get tickets. So SHUT the $%&(@ up and sell you tickets if all You want to do is whine. :)

Yeah, I'll never get to see the results until I can vote, and none of the existing categories fits. :-?

Sorry about your job loss, Moeron. :( Good luck to you.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there a hyperlink (is that correct jargon?) under the Submit Vote button, that says "View Results"? If so, you can click there to see them without voting. (it wasn't all that long ago that someone pointed it out to me! :) )

For those who didn't vote and want to know-here is the tally so far:

The loss of Amy Lee, T.C. Mitchell and the Reeferette Dancers
23% [ 22 ]
Ticket Prices. They are out of sight!
25% [ 23 ]
Ticket Availability. There are none to be found!
21% [ 20 ]
Venue Location. I can't get there from here!
6% [ 6 ]
All of the above!
22% [ 21 ]

Total Votes : 92

FROM THAT LIST, I checked the loss of Amy, T.C., and the dancers, but if there was a box marked "people getting sh^t-faced and puking their guts out before the show even starts, I would've checked that.
I don't understand anyone who'd check venue location. WTF????
I also think it's intresting that most of the people who are upset with lack of tickets AND prices of tickets are people who already HAVE tickets.
I never claimed to be an Einstien-apparently I'm missing something here. :-?
But, as I said earlier, if folks are going to spend that kind of money, let them complain away, whether or not there is any substance to their complaints.
GOD BLESS AMERICA.
