More on the Hoot Premiere in Boca Grande

From the Boca Beacon: The Island 'Hoot' premiere takes place on Friday, April 7 at the Gasparilla Inn Beach Club

• Matinee at 5:00 p.m. Tickets $20.
• Evening showing 8 p.m. Tickets are $100, includes cocktail party following the screening.

For ticket sale information, see the Friday, March 31 edition of the Boca Beacon. Please do not contact the Boca Beacon, the Gasparilla Inn or Gasparilla Properties for tickets.

Proceeds benefit the bike path fund. Sponsored by the Gasparilla Inn and Gasparilla Properties.

I called the Gasparilla Inn this morn and the matinee is at 5pm intead of 3:30.

trust me....i live 10 minutes from Boca Grande.
this is no "parrothead party" Some "uppity" billionaires and millonaires is all that will be there. And if Buffett does show, he won't be in any mood for parrothead crap when he is socialzing with the "big boys".
I've been to a party berfore in New Orleans like this, and if you're a "nobody", thats how you will be treated.

I've decided to go see Little Feat in St. Pete that nite!

No matter what the setting, I'm sure friendly faces are welcome (as long as you respect/play their game). And, you have a history of doing just fine in that cocktail/opening setting.

It's just the gamble as to whether Jimmy will show up along with Hiasson and Shriner.
