Icebreakers on the bus
Phinally, I'm off the bench and on the turf! My first post, so go easy. Anyhow, I've assembled a rag tag group of 45 people for the voyage to Alpine. The group is very mixed and the only kind of common thread is myself. I want everyone to get to know (not that they'll remember) each other, at least so they are comfortable enough doing a body shot off of another bus mate sometime by mid afternoon.
Any good intros.....(stuff like their p*** star name.....First pet's name and the street you grew up on....I'm Toby Kendrick, thanks to Bob/Brian) would be much appreciated.

I have an idea but you'll need 184 Jello shots to make it work.
Divide the shots into 4 groups of 46. Each shot in each group will need to have a number on it 1-23. Mix up the shots and hand them out. Tell everyone to find the person with the same number and have them get together and do a toast. Repeat three more times. I'm sure by the end that with all the moving around on the bus, the toasting and the Tequila/Rum you'll be on the way to your goal.
BTW how did you come across 45 tickets for the show??

Of course, it helps if you get a really cool bus complete with attendants, alcohol, pirates and a flat NJPP!

We play a game called "I never"...
Each person says something beginning with "I never"... "I never drank a beer" for instance. Anyone who that statement is true for, does not take a drink; but everyone it's false for, has to take a drink. It starts out tame, but the more everyone drinks, the funnier, dirtier, and wierder the statements get. We've discovered you sometimes find out more than you want to know about these strangers... but you sure don't forget 'em!
Oh yeah, and some siblings find out more than they wanted to know too!!

Sounds like a drinking card game we play - FUBAR. Some of the rules become modified to allow for either more drinking, or more endurance, depending on how many people are in the circle. Coupon can be entertaining, too, unless you're unlucky with cards. Then you wind up on the floor way too early.
Last round of Coupon cost me my wedding ring. Still not sure when or where it vanished.
Fortunately, my wife still thinks the situation was semi-funny.

Thank you all very much for the warm welcome and for the ideas.....I'll let you know how it goes, if I remember.
Karin....what else can be said WOW, that is one pimped out bus.
Mooron....No extra tix
Liminone.....I convinced several friends to play hooky from work on a monday (tough sell) and help the cause...it's becoming a tradition, except last year, but that is long gone!
Thanks again, all, looking forward to the banter.

You deserve it Port (and Karin) - that was really awesome!
Course it helped by drinking bucket sized Margaritas from a 22 foot long straw just prior to climbing (or crawling) onto the bus!
Man... that was fun!
Now... where's that cow?

That was fun, wasn't it?
It started with a few innocent drinks (buckets):
Moved to the contruction Phase:
Testing Phase:

Down to the street:
And it worked!
