loved the show, I thought Clint added and sounded well singing. I was pleasantly shocked at how well the two of them sounded! Oh..Chason pour les petits enfants...classic..one of my all-time fav's! That was amazing, although i have a recording from 1981 where he claims to have written it for his daughter...not the kids from St.Barts like he said tonight? Anyone know? Kinja2

I hope Clint's not at the Riverport show in St. Louis. I seem to be in a minority, but I don't like him at all.

Everyone stop complaining... I had a great time just being there. If all you are just going to complain about the concert than why do you go? I am a senior in high school and I have to say I'm really dissappointed with my fellow peers. I know there are a few people out there my age that are there for the music, but its sad to see so many go, just to get drunk. Also sadly there were more fights then ever before. Other than these things that Jimmy had no control over, I think it was amazing. I want to go Saturday but don't have a ticket. If there are any extra tickets, especially you who are complaing, please email me. It was also need to hear plenty of references to jersey shore (oh yeah, ocean city), cheese steaks (gotta go to Pat's), Pierre Robert (of 93.3 WMMR) and even Pat Croce (76's owner)in the hemisphere dancer. Great way to get the culture of the area Can't wait for next year! Also, can anyone tell me what Jimmy used instead of mexican cutie, some drunk decided to scream in my ear right at that moment.

Anyone know where or when a sound file of the concert might be on the web. I really would love a copy.

A longtime Parrothead (since 1977) and have been to 30+ shows. The setlist last night was fantastic! It was great to hear so many songs I've never heard live. Clint Black made things a little interestingly different - but still good. Can't wait til tomorrow! Just hope there aren't as many DFB's in front of me!!!!

Camden is a great lot to party in. Just wanted to say thanks to the airbrush guy from Philly...I think his name was John. This dude had a full blown pirate ship bar with sails and all. He hook me and my friends up with beer all day long. You Philly parothead know how to party!

Why are you reading this if the party ended 10 years ago? Seems to me YOU are still hanging on.... but with no reason to.

Hey "great collection," don't mind any of the naysayers...you're off to a good start! Definitely do get the box set, which has a lot of Bubba's older stuff that you will probably like. I agree that his really early stuff has a bit more of the old country that I don't like as much as his newer island themes. You're just as good of a Parrothead as any of us...maybe even better, since some of us are arrogant enough to slam you for not liking Bubba's early early earlY stuff.
Don't shake the hand of the Mango man 'cause he is a bad representive of Parrotheads, but a great member of the "thinking old phlock." He's the type of person we could do without...period! Unless someone is punching or puking on you, then they should have the same opportunity to appreciate Bubba's tunes.
"When My Ship Comes In" is a great song, even when you sing it with a stuffed nose.

Just curious to know if Clint Black was in Parrothead attire or was he wearing his cowboy hat & boots? Just saw the New Years Eve show...what a crock of crap that was! 90 minutes for that price? Jimmy should of gave out FREE vaseline with every ticket so the screwing would have been more a tad bit gentler! Don't get me wrong, I've been a Parrothead since 74 and I love Jimmy but I just don't like the current direction. The funny thing about the New Years Eve show is that he brought all the Reefers and their family members out on stage. Just like it was one big happy unit, fast forward a few months later and he's "tired of the Willie Nelson" backstage antics? Sorry Bubba but I had to laugh at that one! In closing, I respect Clint Black and I really don't think he deserves to be ripped on. I just hope Jimmy dosen't shove Clint down our throats along with other "guest Reefers." I was shocked to see Clint sing on so many tunes. You never really promoted Fingers & the Boys other than being Coral Reefers so why do it now with the "guest Reefer" when you have quite a talented band behind you?
