to someone who's had a boob job?

I ran in to a former co-worker and she told me she's get inflated next week.....sooooo, next time I run in to her.....Nice rack? Spectacular breast, may I feel them? How'd it go? How are you feeling?
I'm only sort of kidding.....I'm not too worried about it because I don't work with her anymore.....but in this day and age, in the workplace.....what would you say????

I guess if she looks good, I'd say, "You look good!".

If she doesn't? I'd just ask, "How'd things go?".

I know......I've had close friends that have had it done....that's easy....but this was my former secretary and we've always had pretty much just a professional relationship.....it took me back when she just told me..."I'm getting a boob job..." Well, good for you.......aaaaaaahhhhhh, I have to go now.

ahhh... you know me too well!!!

I ran into a morning DJ in a bar bathroom and she had just had it done ... in all seriousness, you can say it looks nice without sounding tacky or like you want to get in her pants.... lol

She had never had ANY boobs very flat and ya know what - if you don't mind payin.... then go for it.
