Yes it is but even for a kid's movie, it's not really up to par - Nickelodeon and Disney have done better made for TV movies. Is the movie really that bad?
The movie is not that bad. It's not an art movie. It's not a blockbuster. It's a kid's movie that assumes that kid's have half a brain and care about something other then videogames.
