Hello again Pholks!!

Today is proving to be a MUCH better day for Maria!!

Her blood pressure is back to normal as is her temperature.
Sometime early this afternoon she will be moved back to her "normal room.
Again her doctor took the time to call me from his home just to explain everything. Great guy!!

How's everyone doing here?
Back into the swing of things? (I would say reality, but reality is what you make it to be!! )

Good news Cocotel ,glad to hear the Mrs. is doing so much better. Return to reality it was , I came home to a new rec-room the Mrs. did a great job :D .There was however a small leak in the kitchen sink which turned from getting new o-rings($2.39) to a new faucet($249.00).It was then decided the new faucet needed a new sink($343.00) . New sink now needs new fridge (stainless steel french doors) $1599.00 so it turns out that mastercard is right. My $2.39 o-rings have cost me $2193.49 but spending time in Charlotte with you pholks was priceless ,it was the returning home that was not. When is the next show I have got to leave town :o :o :o :o :o
Again Cocotel glad to hear the news is good and tell Maria I said HI :P :pirate:

Chris,
Love your story :) :) :)

I would say I'm about 1/2 way into the swing of things, still thinking about the show and you pholks. Work is getting in the way. But then again, it DOES support my Buffett habit

The concert was AWESOME!!!!! My son, had a BLAST!!!!!!!
I'm so sorry we arrived too late to meet everyone!!!! We had a late start...then the "dinner with parents" deal took longer than expected.

BubbaPhan....so happy I at least got to speak to you on the phone...but I never actually found you to talk in person. :( I did find the group...but everything was breaking up and folks were getting ready to go into the show.

RRL... I didn't see you EITHER! If you have my cups, I'll be happy to pay for shipping (pm me...) if they are already gone, no problems.

Maybe next time, I'll get to the show early enough to chat with everyone!!!!!!

Positively Speaking

A belated Hello to Mrs. Cocotel. I was out of town on business today and had a lot of thoughts to put down tonight. But, I'll rest them for now

Glad to hear good news and see the good positive vibe returning to this thread, as it as been for two monts.

Just wanted to let everyone know that the Buffett Virgins in my party had a great time and said that they saw why they should arrive earlier next time.

Additionally, I had a couple of football tailgaters show up and they were blown away by the entire scene (they even got arrested by the Charlotte PH club while they were cruising the parking lot) They tried to pick up tix outside, but couldn't and said they definitely would get them next time.

To all who had the mysterious ailness, flu, etc this weekend glad to hear that you are feeling better.

Oh, and I've got some food left if anyone's hungry

RRL, thanks for the awesome cups--PM me with an address, so I can send some a check

Good Morning and a happy Thursday to Mrs. Cocotel!!!!

Tafor, after reviewing your expenses for the weekend, you just may not be able to afford MOTM. That could easily set you back $7K in home improvements

Good morning FRIENDS!!

Maria had a good night last night.
Her blood pressure held steady & her temp never moved over 99.
The white counts are moving up as are her platelet counts.
Tomorrow they will do another "cat" scan to verify that more engraphment is taking place.

It is a GOOD DAY!!

Maria's sister Ann will be here in another 45 minutes for a nine day visit.
The girls will be out of school for the summer tomorrow at noon. :D
Sunday it's the beach for us!!

When we cross over that bridge at Topsail Island we cerimoniously play, "I have found me a home."

It's what the girls want to do. It also works for daddy!! 8)

So come join us, won't you!!

Remember, Margaritaville is not just in Key West, Myrtle Beach, Orlando, Jamaica or any other JB restaurant. It is a state of mind that only you can create.
It looks at your circumstance, situation or whatever you may be facing and says, "Survive. Stay alive. Through the thick and the thin...."

Albert , Maria, Hannah, Katherine & Maggie :D :D :D :D :D

When I mentioned that I would like to go to MOTM the wife did say go ahead without hesitation. 7K might be a low estimate now that I think of it.
