It's on amazon.com:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BT ... 842?n=5174
But notice that they list it as releasing Feb 6,2006

If they listed the release date as February 6, 2006 and it's not out yet, that definitely leads me to believe it is on Mailboat--the only record company that consistently operates on island time.

Well, if it's on another label, Mailboat may have company.

I'm finding online that's it's scheduled for release sometime this May.
I've been lazy most all of my life,
Writing songs and sleeping late.
Any manual labor I've done purely by mistake.

Last year, in tbe Monday, preconcert interviews from Wrigley, Mike Utley indicated that he was producing the album, but no mention was made of release date.

Well MCA IS George's label. Alan appears courtesy of Artista and that Buffett guy courtesy of Mailboat Records.
This will be found in the country section Strait on the racks

Anyone know anything about this CD?
Amazon has removed the release date and currently says:
Availability: THIS TITLE IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE. If you would like to purchase this title, we recommend that you occasionally check this page to see if it has become available.
It's not listed on Mailboat at all.
What gives?

Just saw the video for "Hey Good Lookin", that was recorded at the Texas Stadium show on CMT.
....haven't seen that video in ages.
Think that means there might be some movement on this?

I am a newbie here. Great website though...
Any news on this album? Still haven't seen anything on this from anywhere. If anyone has any updates, I would love to hear them...
Cheers

Doesn't Amazon usually allow you to sign up to be notified when a product becomes available? I know I've done that a couple of times. Once it worked, the other, not so much.
If that isn't even an option, that worries me.
Wasn't this album being released by George's label, whichever one that is??? Therefore Mailboat wouldn't have any info to post, right?
I'm just tryin' to get by being quiet and shy,
In a world full of pushin' and shove.

Since I wasn't there, unless they produce a DVD it's not a CD for my collection.
When they run you out of town make it look like you are leading the parade.
