I' ve studied this pic several times and read all the related linked articles to it.
This pic appeared in a earlier thread but had no caption. For clarification, this a result of a protest by Hispanics at one of our local high schools. The immigration bill has prompted perhaps a few critical thinkers to protest but many more group thinkers who most likely have no idea what they are protesting. This act is a vulgar and agressive one meant only to show disrespect for a country who has provided the opportunity to grow, thrive and seek out a way of live that is/was either too difficult or improbable to attain in their homeland. the dialogue has just ended, where once they may have had an allie they have created a staunch enemy.
If the line of history repeats itself come protest day, many an innocent bystander will suffer physical/verbal assualts at the hands of aggressive group thinkers pooled together to initmidate and harass.
There are only a few things one need to due to show total and complete disrespect for country, making our flag subserviant to another is one, now you p*** me off, flying it upside down is another, now I become aggressive in defending our rites and rituals. They burn it and we enter into a different venue of communication
