I heard Katie mention it. Of course by the time I got around to resetting my password, and answering the phone a few times, it may have already happened. Hope you all knew about it.

I couldn't watch it because I was already in the office but I did see Charleston standing outside the Today Show studio on 48th St. Does that count?

He had on a light oxford style shirt on; possibly pale yellow or white. He mentioned Hoot and the premise and how Savanna Jane was the musical coordinator (I believe that was how he said it) and how proud he was of her. He said they didn't have enough $$ to "hire" expensive computer graphics for the owls and had to use "the real things"! He said he wanted to make a movie that parents could take their kids to and not fall asleep.

Of course Katie was her usual (in front of Jimmy) slobbermouthed self...calling him..."Dahhhhhhhling"! Geeeesh!!!!! Then he sampled some of the cooking segment dish that was presented with Matt.

. .they mentioned that Jimmy would be on again later this month . . and Jimmy told Katie he would sing her " requested " song. . .

. .it was all I could do not to scream . . .NOOOOOO, not Cheeseburger . . ! !

When they introduced Jimmy, they described his appearance in Hoot as a "cameo."

Given how short his appearance was this morning, I think we can also say that Jimmy had a cameo on the Today Show this morning.

They also mentioned him coming back later this month to perform and he told Katey to be thinking about what she wanted him to sing.

Mine would be "Someday I Will," of course!

sorry about the shirt color...on my funky tv in our workout room, the color is a bit off!! I think I'd like to hear anything he sings but one that I love is Trip Around The Sun...just love that song and video.
